Hi everyone, I just finished week #5 and lost another 1.3 for a total of 15.7. I'm pleased I'm keeping about 3 lbs a week average and 1/3 of the way to my goal to get rid of 45 lbs. I have a social event this weekend and will get chicken and veggies, it will be a little tough as it's a Chinese food restaurant. I'm trying to have as many sole source days as possible but do have some additions. My husband is also doing this with me and he is also doing fine. I sure do love this diet!
