Hi Suzie(Susan), I have been trying very hard to stay as close to sole source as I can but try not to be so perfect that I get into the state of either being on or off. I have a few social situations to get through and when I'm thinking clearly I see that a meal here or there is not what makes me fat it's the crap I eat when I'm alone!! I have at least a few months of staying to my plan but I'm determined to get this done and if I'm not flexible I'll stay fat and I just can't stand it any more!! Let's keep track of each other and look forward to August 21st together! That's another 10 weeks and we could have 30 lbs off by then...at least 25 if there are a few planned social get togethers to deal with. I do believe there is no easier or faster way to do this. I'm weighing once a week and very happy with the weight coming off steady. I'm shopping in my closet every day for clothes I used to fit into and each day I try find one more item to add back into my wearable wardrobe and adding something that's too big to the clothes donation bag.
