How is everyone doing this long weekend? Typically holidays like this are celebrated with BBQs and other food centered activities. How are you planning to deal with tomorrow? Maybe you already are in the middle of a long weekend of eating and throwing caution to the wind. If so it is not too late to switch gears and get yourself back in control. There is no possible way to spend 3 days eating whatever is in front of you without having a lot of regret once Tuesday rolls around. If you've been sticking to your plan, great!! If you have been off track then prove it to yourself that you are in control by making good decisions for your health and happiness.
