BP is fine. Blood sugar is fine. There is a stomach virus going around that is making a lot of people think they have food poisoning. Hopefully you are not coming down with something. Be sure you are drinking plenty of water and take some Tylenol. Cambridge does not cause any of these symptoms so it is likely something going on like a virus. Your stomach is pretty empty and it's probably not a sensation you are familiar with. Maybe that is making you feel weird?
