It's Saturday and the seventh day of my sole sourcing. I did 30 minutes of cycling (stationary), 10 minutes of ab crunches. Slurped by Cambridge shake and then I went to Weight Watchers, was weighed (without knowing the number), attended the great meeting and then walked in the park for 45 minutes. After that, I went to the gym with my trainer and we did body-assisted weight exercises and some boxing.
I'm tired now and I am going to take a nap. Hang in there folks. WE CAN AND ARE GOING TO DO THIS!!
