Seriously, well done. I hope today has been as rewarding for you.
p.s. diet soda was the only way my husband was able to stay on his Cambridge program last year when he lost his 35 pounds. He would worry about it being unhealthy, but I would remind him that with his health history, (triple bypass and vascular disease..pre-diabetic) being 35lbs overweight was far more unhealthy!
