Congrats on your doggedness!! I have been running around getting the holiday obligations taken care of. But, I have been walking and sipping my Cambridge. I had a slip today. I had dreamt about Eggs Benedict. So, this morning, I went to a diner and had them. I satisfied my craving (1600 calories worth). I felt bad, but I told myself, "You mucked up but start doing what you are suppose to be doing." So, I walked in the neighborhood park and drank a lot of water. Tomorrow, hopefully, I will get back on track with only Cambridge.
I find that food begets more food for me. But, I have become obsessed with Fitbit. You are correct——the more sleep I get, the better I stay on the program. The only problem is that lately in trying to get everything done, my sleep time has been diminished. I have to do something about that.
In the meantime, KEEP GOING KAREN. I am trying to overlook the slips and continue on Cambridge, too.
