30 days - I can't believe it! Posted by Tammy on 2/11/2008, 2:20 pm 67.113.220.X Hello friends! I have made it to the 30 day mark and when I look back it actually just feels like a flash! I have lost 20 pounds! I am just a little sad that I can't post a higher number, I guess the picking has messed with the process. Still more than I lost on any other diet in 30 days!!! The next 30 days I am devoted to two things...getting moving and removing the pick! Hope the next 30 days go by in a flash!!  Post a Response

Just keep going....when you feel like grabbing something to chew....have a glass of water and a piece of gum. Or set your timer for 10 minutes and you'll have changed your mind by then. Just think of something that you want to wear when you are at goal, You can do this Tammy.....you are a strongperson. Also, take your kids in the stroller on a walk aroung the block each night....the weather is perfect for that. Even if it's dark...give them each a flashlight and let them lead the way. Do anything to get yourself moving, every little bit helps. I'm rooting for you Tam Tam.... Molly  Post a Response
