Signs that it is working Posted by Jane on 2/13/2008, 9:28 am 75.185.111.X I am on Day 3 and the headache is here and some of the other feelings you get when you begin to SS. It gives me encouragement that I know I am progressing. Can I live with these minor inconveniences to get to be healthy ? Oh yeah !!! Hope everyone is having a good day. I really think it got easier after the first 3 weeks. I still want food, but not nearly as much and I am never, ever hungry. Drink lots of water!! Today is day 39 for me ssing, I lost 36 lbs. in 37 days. I am going for 100 lbs. in 100 days. I am here in your corner as your cheerleader, you can do it.......!!!  Post a Response
