86.129.21.XNo, have lost weight every week, occasionally only 1lb in a week but that is not a problem.
Have still lost 126lbs in 8 calendar months

64.12.117.XI started Cambridge at the end of July of '06,I did great with my ssing until I got to the holidays and the old habits resurfaced. After all It was time to celebrate and thats what emotional eaters do best.I really had to work on resolving how I related to food. I finally acknowledged the issues.....happy,sad,angry,celebrating,stressed ,
and so on, it was my license to be out of control.
Well- with a lot of support from people like Molly,Yvonne and Pam and the rest of the gals on the board... I too crossed that finish line on April 1,2007. I had lost a total of 47 LBS,it was a major breakthrough for me.
And that is why I am so comitted to this board and the wellness of my cambridge cousins. This journey has been my transformation and it can be for you too!
And as I have stated prior,Cambridge will always be a part of my nutritional foundation. No more high cholesterol,no more insulin resistant,my health has never been better. And it has been a year and a half for me,like my dear friend Molly.
It's time to put the ball in the NET!!!!
