86.129.21.XCambridge say 14lbs per calendar month so you are doing brilliantly well!
Your body sometimes needs to take stock of the weight it has lost - to take a breather - then will start losing weight again.

The reason you haven't lost weight as fast as you would have liked is that you have changed your routine of exercising. If you think about it, that's the only thing that has changed.
Your body is plateauing which is a natural occurrence. DON'T LOOK AT THE SCALE!! It discourages you from what you have as expectations. JUST KEEP GOING. You are doing FANTASTIC!!
Don't let the scale be your judge and jury. It has sabotaged so many diets because folks get disappointed and start back to their old ways.
63 pounds in 75 days!!! Are you kidding? I (and many others) would kill to have that kind of weight loss. Just stay with Cambridge and perhaps weigh every month. In the meantime, while your equipment is being repaired, either jump rope or walk. That helps a lot of folks and you don't need equipment to do the cardio (fat burning) exercises.
KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK!! You are doing GREAT!! Don't let the scale throw you off balance.

We need to kill off the scale. For me,the scale was more of a distraction. That is why I ended up weighing only once a month! Now in matenance it's once a week. - Thanks

75.179.184.XRuth, You have done wonderful so far and should be so proud of yourself. My advice is to stop concentrating on what you haven't accomplished on your own time line, and start focusing on what you HAVE accomplished. Six pounds in two weeks is great, ask anybody who has ever been on any other diet if they wouldn't be happy with three pounds a month. Focus on how much more healthier you are, not constantly on trying to reach 100 pounds in 100 days. - Re: Day 75, not happy with results the past 2 weeks

68.6.217.XRUTH, that is a great weight loss. Do not look at that goal, your body might not do that and you will be disappointed. 63 pounds is a great weight loss and I know I am proud of you. I am hoping just to stay on that long. I know from Molly everyone hits plateaus and then all of a sudden you weigh and your down 10 pounds. I would not be a slave to the scale and just maybe go walking until your equipment is repair. Are you getting down to your goal? If this is not it your body id just readjusting to this great loss. Hang in there and keep on shaking and walkin!
