Don't fret! No one will know WHAT your weight loss is unless you want Pam to divulge it and I am sure she won't post anything without your approval.
Second, don't worry about being last, just do the best you can. Someone once told me, "If you are going down a flight of stairs and you slip, do you right yourself, get your balance and continue or do you throw yourself down the rest of the stairs?"
DON'T GIVE UP!! We are all in this together and the Spring time will be so much more glorious if you look and feel better. C'mon, you CAN do this!!!

I started on Tuesday, two days late....but you know what, it's like Pam says, it's not over till it's over. We are all individuals that are trying to stay motivated and support each other.
One thing that has really stuck with me is that I do NOT want to wake up on my birthday this year (July 17th) and have weight be an issue! I can give this to myself by sticking with CD and by exercising and by reaching out to others that are doing the same thing.
So make today a great day! We are one day closer to our goals!

72.36.16.XI started on Monday. Our school had a BIG bennfit dinner for a family. The Dad fell off a scaffle last month and had to be life flown to another town. He is doing well, all things considered. I helped with the meal,,,,mexican,,one of my favorite,,,,,I did eat half a serving of everything. I am not feeling down about it. Tomorrow is a new day and I know that I will get back up,,,dust myself off and grab for the Cambridge!!! I love the support we get on this board. Thank you Pam for keeping it going!! - Nonie

69.76.48.XYou can do it Suzie!!! I didn't start this challenge when everyone else did. I started two days ago (today is day 3 for me), so I'm not even focused on winning the challenge, just focused on being part of the group and in doing the best I can do. I've struggled so much, back and forth, over the past few months with staying on it, and i know we all have experienced it.
I mean, let's face it, Cambridge is a bit like food boot camp ha I'm proud that I've made it through two of the hardest days so far, and you'll be proud when you do it too!
Just think... do you want to look back later and say "No, having my dreams come true wasn't as important as putting something into my mouth". When I thought about that last week, it made me really go back to the basics and think "it's really all about the simple act of putting something into my mouth or NOT putting something into my mouth". How weird is it that so many of my dreams coming true can be reduced to that ONE decision.
I wrote this for you AND me, as I need the constant reminder too. Hope it helped. Someone else may or may not win this challenge, but if we win a challenge within ourselves that's going to be the real victory (((((((((((((hugs))))))))))))))

We really do need to heal our relationship with food in order for this program to work. It is important to resolve the issues that have caused us to be overweight. Coming to peace with all of the internal stuff needs to occur.
We have the power to say NO to self sabotaging our health.
We have to care enough about ourselves to get off this roller coaster once and for all.
Loving ourselves enough to do what is needed to have wellness in our lives.
We are all deserving of that!!

68.6.217.XThats right Suzie, I blew it last night on my son's 23rd birthday and had a good size piece of ice cream cake. I didn't it any pizza or garlic bread. Hey my son only turns 23 once, however, it was a weak moment and I am back on track with Cambridge. So do not get bummed like Pam said, everyone falls off the Cambridge wagon once in a awhile, don't let anyone fool you. Just move forward and keep shakin..
