hey everybody Posted by janice on 3/29/2008, 12:08 am 72.240.154.X yes I know I dont post often but the never the less I am still here and I do work on the road 5 days a week but dont sleep on me when it come down to this compettion I am giving it my all ssing all the i think no i know this is the perfect boost I needed I do have a wedding coming up every soon and just to let you all know I walk 15 miles a day at work and still work out every morning before I go into work so watch out for me and I did take a before pic. and I will take an after pic. cause I'm trying to make a major change in my apperance.  Post a Response

We all see ourselves a certain way,thinking in terms of our comfort zone. Having a conversation with no possibilities, saying I can't do it. I'm not athletic etc.... I know first hand because I was one of those people. I am up to 18 miles riding on a mountain bike. Never in my wildest dreams did I think I was capable of achieving this.
