Congrats on your first 4 days! You do get your best results by being 100% on Cambridge, but many people do very well while still adding a light meal along with their 3 or 4 servings each day. You just want to avoid simple carbs of any kind and stick to lean protein and green veg. Keep it under 300 cal if you decide to eat. 5 weeks is plenty of time to lose quit a bit. Average weight loss is 4 to 7 pounds per week, but you have to keep in mind that every body is different and people will lose at their own rate that is best for them.
