GOOD MORNING, EVERYONE!! Posted by Yvonne on 7/2/2009, 6:58 am 68.197.232.X Hi, there! I sailed through Day 1 of the contest. Today, I am going to blow the dust off of my bike and my Bowflex equipment and have a try at them. Because of my knee injury in February, my exercise has been limited, which is why my weight has zoomed up, too. But, no excuses this time!! No excuses!! Just results. We had to go to town so I made some choc. cambridge pancakes and took them along. Hubby ate,,I drank tea,,,when we got back to the car I had my pancakes,,,yummy. Choc. Pancakes Posted by Nonie on 7/2/2009, 2:33 pm, in reply to "Re: Yes We Can!!" 72.36.16.X I used Pam's recipe except I will write it down so you can see the little changes I made: 2 rounded serving of C.Oats 1/2+ baking powder 1 T. Ghirardelli choc.(unsweetend cocoa)more if you like 1 T. XyloSweet(xylitol,,great for hypoglycemics,diabetics and good for your teeth) Then I put all the dry ingredients in my Bullet blender. Mix till fine. Add 1 egg white 1 T. melted coconut oil and water. You have to figure out how much water. (I like my pancakes a little thick) I spray a electric fry pan and fry them up. I guess that you just have to mess with it to get it right for you. They are great for taking along. I also use the Agave Nectar. (If you are taking them with you try putting the Nectar on while they are still warm. When they cool they were moist. Hope they work for you!!  Post a Response
