nearly a week in... Posted by spencer on 7/6/2009, 6:51 pm 69.152.67.X and, I've lost a total of 10 pounds. Even with the holiday. I only ate a piece of grilled chicken at the BBQ, but rest of the day had my shakes. Once I got past the 4th day, it's not been so bad. So excited. I feel better than I have in months.  Post a Response
