97.117.63.XYou'll make it Yvonne. As far as commercials go...I found that it really saved me if I immediately closed my eyes during food commercials. The dialog won't get you, but the images will. Besides, we all know that the food you actually get at those places has no resemblance what so ever to what they hand you in that bag. Fast food causes more misery in this world then just about anything else I think. It is full of chemicals, fats, sugars, salt, preservatives, and an assortment of potentially cancer causing, artery clogging, genetically modified corn and soy based non-foods that have absolutely no benefit to the body other then to create fat and disease. So would you like frys with that?

65.65.224.XThose nasty commercials have always been a food trigger for me. Food, in fact itself has been a trigger. Just someone saying a particular type of food will trigger that frontal part of my brain into thinking, "Must have it". But, I am taking control and no more. That impulse part of my brain needs a re-boot. And, I believe Cambridge will do it.
I wholeheartedly agree that fast food is the devil. Before I started Cambridge it took me weeks to get out of the excess salt and carb fog. Doing so much better now.

72.36.16.XThis is going to be fun. For once my attitude about losing weight is on the right track. Let's keep it up. My goal is 20 pounds,,,but since it will make it my goal weight,,it may be tough. I did turn down, homemade cinnamon rolls, cake and ice cream today at work----------that's a lie,,,I had about 1 oz. of the cake,,caught myself and stopped!!! Miracles still happen
