I'm just getting ready to leave for a month long vacation and I've given in to stress eating. I'm making a fresh start this weekend so I can start my vacation feeling stronger with an appetite that's in control. Pam has the right idea about doing this all peacefully, without stress. We have a tendency to be so kind and gentle with other people and we forget to treat ourselves the same way. Here's to healthier, happier choices!  Post a Response
