Oooops! Had a bad week :( Posted by Emma on 8/10/2009, 2:47 pm 195.93.21.X I have had a bad week. No huge binges or meals just the odd nibble here and there. I only lost 3oz. I usually loose between 4-6lb a week. Im very annoyed with myself and have been back on track for 2 days now. Im hoping I have learned a lesson.  Post a Response
