Carol and I started around the same time and quickly became buddies....I lost about 70 lbs. I was really happy with that. I've kept most of the weight off for the last few years, using Cambridge as the basis for my diet and adding other foods. Recently I decided like Pam that I really wanted to get the last of the weight off for good. I now weigh 135!!!! I wear a size 7 or 8 I finally made it to my goal!!!! I started out at 215. Cambridge works if you just keep on using it!!!! And stay away from the food pushers....They are seriously not your friends!!!! Get motivated,stay focused and just don't ever quit!!!!  Post a Response
