Weigh day went well Posted by Emma on 9/18/2009, 2:58 pm 195.93.21.X Hello. My weighing and measuring went well. I lost 3 inches and 5lb this week. I have reached my BMI and now have my application to become a cambridge councellor. So im hoping my training will begin soon so I can help others achieve what I have. I would still like to loose another 14lb but I have achieved the bulk so I am feeling very pleased with myself for once.  Post a Response

I've lost 47 so far and a lot of inches, since I've been walking in K walks. Our first half marathon is tomorrow.. by this time tomorrow I'll be DONE with it.. just amazing...
