Hello everyone!! Posted by Molly on 11/3/2009, 1:34 pm 76.176.6.X I can't believe it was three years ago in October that I started Cambridge. I'm so happy to report that I've managed to keep my weight off and actually lose even more just recently. To anyone out there that is just getting started with Cambridge, believe me it will change your life!!! I had previously tried every diet out there and nothing worked...at least nothing worked for the long term. I've continued to use Cambridge in my diet this whole time. I lost 65 lbs originally and I just kept using Cambridge as a nutritional supplement as I added healthy foods to my diet. I've lost a total of 80 pounds. Thanks to Pam, Carol, Cambridge and this support board, I'm a new woman  Post a Response

I have your original post on my frig. I've been distracted, but I do know that it can be done because of you. I'm starting again. I keep telling myself, "Thanksgiving is only one day! Don't let it de-rail you". I have about 10 days before Thanksgiving and I am trying to be realistic. So, in 10 days, I should be in my groove.
