Day 11 Posted by Alison on 1/29/2012, 6:33 am 99.101.174.X Wow I have made it to Day 11!! Been along time since I was able to pass day 2 on a diet.. I have alway envied the people who could go on a diet and stick to it and have great results. When I started this time with the Cambridge diet I thought it would not last again, to be honest I have had alot of things going on in my life that normally I would reach out to food for comfort but yet when I started the first few days it was for revenge on a person who I know sometimes looked at me in disgust of my size. But today 11 days later I realize I am doing this for me! Motivation from within don't get me wrong though I'm going to need the motivation from others just as much to. It's not easy we fail and we get up and start again right? "When dreams turn to dust Vacuum" thats exactly what I am doing!Day 11 and 12lbs lighter Cambridge diet is working good luck to all this week every day is a new day for me and you to!

Myself I have kids so it is really hard at times to cook and not touch but it is getting easier though. I have 2 retirement party's to attend Feb 10 and 15 and I am hoping I have lost enough to at least have someone notice... Hope day 2 went good for you and will check in again for day 3 we can do this!!
