Help! I am getting frustrated...... Posted by Nichole on 4/19/2012, 6:55 am I am in my third week of sole sourcing and have only lost a total of 9.2 lbs. The 1st I lost 6.6lbs., 2nd week 2.2. I started on April 4th and today is the 19th...shouldn't I have lost more??? The scale hasn't moved not one bit....what am I doing wrong??? I only eat my shakes and soups, am drowning in water and have only 2 caffeine free soda's per day. Someone please advise.... Nichole ,,

I am getting frustrated......" hey i hear ya it can be frustrating for sure!it sounds like your doing everything just fine, you said you were drinking soda? the caffeine has no effect on the weight loss, if you are drinking soda make sure it's diet. or you wont lose as fast.so don't get too discouraged..

I am getting frustrated......" are you drinking diet or reg soda? and i was thinking changed things up a little maybe skip your soup, and see what happensthat's what i usually do when im not moving the scales fast enough
