Hi girls thought I would give u a quick update :-) week 1 done lost 11 pounds well happy and in the zone roll on next weigh day. I'm thinking if going to the gym to do cardio do you think it's a good idea on this diet last time I didn't

Hi Jojo. Good job on your 11 lbs loss! That is great in only 1 week. No other diet will give you those results.
As for exercise, it varies with people. Some don't, some do very little and some just do a lot (Yvonne)
Personally, I have to be active, otherwise I'll be less motivated and think of food lol...
