I made it through the dreaded day #3. I've been inspired by everyone on this board -Sonali, looks like I started with you on the 1st. I vowed not to weigh until Sept. 1st -but snook a peak this AM and was happy to see a 5+ weight loss after just three days. I probably will weigh again after one week and go from there. It really hasn't been that difficult physically; I love this nice empty feeling and already increased energy -such a change from the heaviness of heavy eating. I am so hoping for 30lbs. this month and so am going to try to just tucker-down, not think about it and let this month do it's thing. ...I'm not so much tempted by food, but tempted by my "routine" of failure -just forever putting off starting. "I'll start tomorrow, I'll start the weekend I'm off, I'll start after the 4th, I'll start next Monday, I'll start on my favorite day of the week, etc. etc." Well...I started the 1st of Aug. Just trying to get through today. ...Best wishes to all!

Congrats on the 5 lbs, but even more on your attitude! You have the right mind set to succeed. PLEASE watch the video I just posted. It is tremendously inspiring.
