Yes I have the same problem as you. I finally went to a specialist (GI)I had all kinds of tests done. I have pills I have to take. I also found that Citrucel helps------------------it comes in pills and also powder.I used to run into mc donalds and hardly made it. I had this problem for yrs, JO
