Precisely. It's as if your body knows you're not alone, and the relaxation/muscle coordination doesn't engage until you have solitude. I used to room with a friend, and I would feel kind of full and uncomfortable in the mornings. The moment he left (and strangely, only if I knew he was sure to be gone for a couple hours), everything would kick in and I would almost have to run to the bathroom. Fortunately, this friend of mine was very respectful of my issue and even made sure to disappear in the mornings for my comfort. For you, just keep telling yourself . . . it's only a month.
