Now, when I am in a situation where there's no toilet around, I start to panic, then desperately feel like I need to go, which makes me panic further - because not only is there no toilet nearby, but even if there was, I might not be able to go because I'm too shy, especially if there's a time limit...which means I get these cramps and boughts of urgently needing the loo...and there have been times when I've almost been caught out the urge has been so desperate! Any time I'm nervous or in unfamiliar territory, especially in company, I start to feel like I desperately need to go...
Anyone have any tips on how to control the anxiety in those kinds of situations?
