For instance, at work I regularly eat loads of fruit during the day and drink lots of coffee. I have read many stories indicating that coffee + fibre = #2. This is not the case for me but, maybe I am misreading my body's signals. After I eat my lunch and have my second fruit of the day I am typical left feeling very bloated --- is that feeling the "urge"? Should I get up and go to the toilet and sit and just wait. How long is too much a wait?
Help please. I have no idea how this started or if I always suffered from this. All I know is that I became really aware of it a few years ago and it has been haunting me ever since.
