Also forgot to mention that you could try Magnesium Citrate tablets daily to help with relaxation of the muscles and with keeping poop moving along (along with fibre and adequate water intake etc etc). Apparently Magnesium gets seriously depleted from the body with prolonged periods of stress (along with many other vitamins and minerals, I am sure). Also, Normafibe is a great bulking agent, along with Movicol sachets at a very low dose every couple days to draw water into the bowel and keep things moving. That's more along the lines of IBS help but just thought I would add it in here
