Need some advise on Ebay seller monaeglow

Hi All, I got a dress from ebay Seller monaeglow the 3rd of October and it still hasnt shown up at my house yet, NOW I realize how far this has to come to reach my house but I would think it should have been here by now. SO ANY IDEAS? ADVISE? I have written to them with NO response on when it got shippied so I could keep an eye out for it but not possible if they dont respond. Not a great amount but it was a nice looking dress and I would like to have it. Any one has dealt with them ADVISE? TTYS KEVIN
