Joan models a new skirt. It was intended to be a dress, but the pattern was a tad off and I haven't had a chance to adjust it yet. So I just whipped a waist band on it and now it's a pretty skirt to wear with a variety of tops. This particular skirt has 78 individually sewn petals on it... whew, that was a lot of work!
