even though Integrity does a fantastic job with replacing any problematic dolls, these issues seem to be happening far too much in the first place. --Previous Message-- : hello all, : i just got my luchia and she is stunning : from the front. her hair and make up are : beautiful. then you turn her around and it : looks like she bleached and permed her head. : its all fuzzy. so i gave her a conditioner : and realized its cause its all different : lengths some are long and some which are : right beside the long ones are really short : and thin did anyone else get there's that : way too. this is the second time this has : happened to me first was convention agnes. : these dolls cost alot of money i hope : integrity is gonna fix this problem : |
