I am so grateful that you came by my office four weeks ago and that I was able to give you a hug and visit with you and your mom and Vanessa. Thank you so much for giving me that time. It was very special to me. I care about you deeply, something that started a few years ago when you used to come over and hang out at our house. You are such a wonderful young man with great gifts of intelligence and humor. You have given all of your friends and family a wonderful gift by the example you have shown during this long illness, with your faith in God, your always-positive attitude towards life and the love you have for all those around you. Congratulations on graduating summa cum laude. What an accomplishment for anyone, but especially for one who has dealt with so many difficulties during their college years.
