Hello PCC!
FIRSTLY – GET BACK TO SPENCE AND TOM ABOUT TOUR TODAY PLEASE – if you have not yet, please do not ignore this note!
The Firsts lost on Saturday – it seems as if we are in the middle of a bad patch in the League at the moment. We only scored 51 and SLC knocked these off pretty quickly I understand.
The Seconds did marginally better, but struggled to defend 123.
The Sunday team (skippered by Smash who took a fivefer!) WON!! This is brilliant news – and well done to Rob “Marti Pellow” Keogh for his 47 and Scooper Carson for his maiden 50!
This weekend, lets really strive to compete as hard as possible. It goes without saying that a win for both League teams would be fantastic.
Finally, please welcome in Daniel Murray, a wicket keeper batsman who will be playing his first game for us on Sunday.
Anyway, to this weekend – please confirm to the relevant skipper.
