Tour is once again upon us and for those of you attending I am sure you will all have a fantastic time.
Matthew will be publishing the teams early this week and due to the depth of membership no one will be leaving tour to play in London this year which is a great bonus to those on tour. Unfortunately and for a number of varied reasons tour is not as heavily supported this year as in past, myself included, I will not be "on tour" until Sunday due to a family wedding.
Due to a number of requests from members the format has changed this year, the disco will be on the Saturday night as this is the night that the numbers are at the highest with the end of tour dinner and awards still on the Sunday.
We will once again be playing our old friends Cirencester on Friday and Kempsford on Saturday with a new oppo on Sunday Great Rissingdon which is near Burford.
With some key absences this year Rich Buckley will be the fines master and the book has been loaned to Tom Lonnen and associates in the absence of myself and Sir H.
Finally it is not too late to change your minds if you would like to be a part of the tour weekend please let me know and I will deal with it for you.
Lets hope the sun shines all weekend and I look forward to seeing those still on tour on Sunday for a beer or three.
