Agree word for word with Rich and JT. Vaughan said himself that he had a full dosier on the Aussies in 2005, including the cliques within the team, right down to which players would have dinner together. I'm sure England have a dosier on Australia via SA's coach, Mickey Arthur.
I can only imagine, Tom, that you question the way Langer categorises the English as being soft and lazy. Possibly take it in context. He's not saying the English public are soft, he's suggesting that the English cricket system has a tendency to breed soft players due to the volume of cricket that they have to play. He would also be writing that to give the Aussie players a sense that they have a mental edge. If you're providing a dosier, you're not going to say, "Anderson's an awesome bowler. Mentally as tough as any bowler in the world at the moment. He's totally unplayable when he swings the ball and expect him to rip through the top order in a session. He has no weaknesses from what I've seen."
