Availability has been crap so there's been no continuity to either side... It has also robbed us of a lot of talent at times.
Add to that, the talent that has been on the pitch has only fleetingly come to the fore. Too many times people have got in and then got out. Bowlers have done well in short spells but we've dropped hundreds of catches. I also think, and it is just my personal opinion, that there is a lack of discipline in the squad. I don't mean we should be cracking the whip but I do think people should be taking more responsibility for their performances - a lack of patience and self-discipline has left us staring down the barrel far too many times.
We are a better club than we have shown this year - much better. We should all be looking to remedy that situation next term...
