I am thinking it will fit. The best I can do is measure from the valley pan area to the top of the carb. let me know if you would like me to measure for you. Victor / 1050 dominator fit undere the hood of my 66 GTO VERY close W/O air cleaner but fit! Hope this helps some, Kev ps. Your car is SWEET!
