I am not sure what state you are in. I am a school teacher and mother of 2 LD children. 1 is currently being denied staffing...anyway.
The McKay Scholarship allows a child to attend a private school if they are on an IEP and not progressing in the school system. You can find info. online by doing a search. LuCk!
