If the school could provide extra assistance that would be wonderful. I guess what my question would be is how do you get a diagnosis? Is there a test? A specialist? And, more importantly, what can we be doing to help? Are there workbooks, websites with input on things that have/haven't worked? You are right in that he is not "severely disabled". At least, for now, he is moderately able to maintain a C or a D in writing & math. As we are progressing in the school year, it is getting harder. We are working on addition, while the class is working on multiple digit multiplication and easier division. Thank you! Karen
