Scott - or anyone else, I'm a school psychologist and am trying to help a specific student, would love your input. Student is 6th grader. Qualified for special ed in 1st grade with SLD. Average cognitive ability (measured 4 different times now), but despite 5 years of SDI, student still only reading at 1st grade level. CPI (using objective test data) shows moderate sequential processing concern. Do you have recommendations for better school success (specific reading program, resource model, self-contained model)?
