TOO HOT!!!

My ratty Blaze lives in a cage that is really hot. I put a wash cloth ontop of it and a freezer thing but it isn't working. Please help Blaze!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!He's getting overheated!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
