Did it not cross your mind that if you have two females in a cage with a male, that you would probably end up with baby rats. What do they teach people in schools these days?
I also feel that you don't need another hairless rat as you could end up with up to 40 baby rats and a lot more if you don't seperate the baby males from the baby females when they are 5 weeks old. Yes, they can breed at that age!
