Posted by Matt as far as i know tumours are not contagious but the "sneezing" could possibly be an infection. Sneezing often occurs from things like cigarette smoke, dust, wood shavings or a respiratory infection, i.e. mycoplasma. Either way it's not good news. I would suggest taking them to the vets and getting some antibiotics, i.e baytril. If the rats have been with the others for a while then there is no point in moving them but don;t put any other rats in with them until it has cleared up as if it is myco then it could be passed.
