Below is the new rules for adding players.The rosters should all be locked, no more backdooring players from gsl to usssa etc.
This is the only way we will add your players, we can not take those facebook, texts etc any more, to hard to track etc...
Any player coming from an qualified team,must be released from the Coach only.. Players released from qualified teams,can not go back unless there was a system error.Players illegally added or dropped from rosters maybe able to go back.Yes, this happens. yes, I have even put players on wrong rosters..
All drops whether added or not, whether legal or not MUST be approved by Myself or the Committee...... Yes, this has also happened, like when a player was added by a coach, might be legal, he was not approved to drop....he would be considered a non approved player...
Not all drops will be approved, most of you already have your allotted drops...
Qualified teams can not pick up a player that has played a higher class from the current season. That means you are qualified for both USSSA and GSL....The rosters are the same for both..Very few exceptions to this.

I will need what team he currently plays for and what team he played for last year,,,We will not be going the, see if we catch it anymore... Up to the coach to provide correct info.The coach will have to check all his names in the system,

If players are not getting their invites, codes etc.They need to log into their act and accept from their act, if you have a bunch of aliases in the system, that is where problems occur.new players never in the system, also need to check their spam email.It does take sometimes 24 hours to get the info from the system....

I can only add players and change incorrect emails, phone number etc...I can not get codes,send invites etc...Most of those are because a player has multiple acts in the system...
