Hurt my hamstring in last deadlift workout yesterday. Heard a loud pop pulling 445, baby weight I know, but was probably 90-95% for me. Very sore and painful and some green discoloration now. Hopefully can recover enough and still lift something on the 21st, but will definitely be hampered. Really sucks to put in 12 weeks of training and have an injury derail it. Oh well, maybe another lesson learned, last 2 meets now have gotten injured doing 3's with 90% or a little more, maybe not a good idea at around 50.
