Weight loss has been going great. Of course my strength has taken a bit of a hit, but like you I was starting to have some issues carrying the extra weight. Sleep was a big one.
Basically I just cut carbs. At least as much as I can. I take in very few. Hasn't been hard for me at all. The only thing I really miss in potato chips. I have always been a big meat eater. I still eat a lot of food, just no carbs. I started this at the beginning of June last year. I was about 320lbs when I started. weighed in yesterday at 271.
In November at the Unequipped Nationals here in Dallas I hit a 242lb curl and weighed in at 275lb. Not sure what I will be good for at the Natural Nats. but we'll see.
