Depends how much you are eating, of course, but the occasional kipper or regular smoked salmon sandwich is a much safer bet than the occasional cigar. And these fish contain loads of protein, along with a kind of oil that is wondefully good for you and your blood vessels. So relax a bit and enjoy the smoked salmon. Dr Foster
The link between cancer an smoked and/or salted foods is based on research done in Japan, where they eat a LOT of this stuff.
